Mother's Pension Check is a trading style and service provided by Hallbrook Partners Limited, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 06726713).

HRP state pension correction is a tax agent service and is not a regulated claims management activity. The Financial Ombudsman Service and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme do not apply to this service. Complaints about our HRP work are handled under our internal complaints procedure.

You do not need to use a third party to correct your HRP record. You can claim directly and for free at gov.uk/home-responsibilities-protection-hrp or via form CF411.

*The £8,377 figure is the DWP-published average arrears payment for confirmed HRP corrections to the published cut-off date. Individual outcomes vary and are not guaranteed. An increase in state pension may affect entitlement to means-tested benefits — this will be discussed before you decide whether to proceed or not.
